At Dewdrop Scents, we are committed to offering high-quality fragrances and ensuring that your experience with us is as enjoyable as possible. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected, and we want to make the return or exchange process as easy as possible for you.

1. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges for products you are not fully satisfied with. To initiate a return or exchange:

• Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition, with at least 90% remaining in the bottle, and all original packaging intact.
• Non-Refundable Items: Tester boxes, samples, and bundles are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.

2. Exchanges for Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, we will:

• Cover the return shipping cost.
• Process an exchange or issue a refund.

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged or incorrect product to ensure a swift resolution.

3. Returns and Exchanges for Other Reasons

If you simply change your mind or are not fully satisfied with your purchase:

• You may exchange your product for a different fragrance or store credit.
• You will be responsible for the return shipping cost for exchanges.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable.

4. Orders Above Rs. 10,000

• Products with an order value of Rs. 10,000 or more are not eligible for refunds. These can only be exchanged for another product of equal or lesser value.

5. Processing Time

• Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned product.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
